HEALTHCARE : GLOBAL OR NOTHING.
We, humans, need a health and social security system that provides a safety net for each family or individual to deal equally in face of unpreventable illness or disability.
We need a system that fully discloses to each of us — even the most isolated or iliterate — the risks and benefits of each individual choice : lifestyle, food, beverage, activities, behavior.
We need a system that provides alternatives for the poorest and in most pain or isolation : affordable organic food, efficient alcohol and drug rehabilitation, excellency in dealing with victims of trauma.
We need a system that makes companies and individuals responsible for the consequences of their actions, should they have short or long term impact on their health or that of their family, children, close ones or the stranger they hit — while drunk or high — in a fight or a non-accident.

We need a system that takes the financial decisions off the families and the doctors to concentrate on health and health alone — as defined by the World Health Organization : “ a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”.
We need a system that protects us from pharmaceutical companies abuse, from private clinics abuse, from charlatan abuse, from food, beverages, drugs industries and resellers abuse.
And we need it worldwide because solving economic problems locally only makes them grow on the global scale.
