Okay, this post is getting crazier and sounding less informed as it goes on. The experience of being told ‘no’ multiple times is exactly what makes a senior UX designer worth their salt; they’re used to pushing through the ‘no’ because they’ve done it so many times before. Junior UX designers are still junior UX designers no matter how many ways you try to attack the ‘senior’ pool of talent.
