Jamun kernels

Jamun is a plant of the Myrtaceae family. Division Magnolia Phyta(Magnoliopsida) ,Class(Magnoliopsida) Magnoliopsida.The flowers of berries are fragrant, small, and 5 mm in diameter. Flowers emerge in May and June. Jamun is an evergreen tropical tree. Jamun is also called Jambolan. Jamun is known for its fruit, wood, and ornamental value. We have discussed Jamun in Part One. Now ahead of that.
Jamun fruit and its kernels have an amazing ability to control excessive blood sugar. According to the grandmother, by feeding the fruit of Jamun to pregnant women, the lips of their unborn child are beautiful. Jamun has more than one quality. Consume Jamun and drive away diseases. When we eat fruit or berries. Leaves a purple color on the tongue. The berries are oval green in color. When ripe, it turns from pink to dark red (black color).

Excess consumption causes digestive problems. Many people also have problems with vomiting. If someone has a problem with blood clotting, then he should not consume Jamun.
Jamun juice and Jamun vinegar are also available in the market. Consumption of Jamun juice is considered very beneficial for health, like Jamun, its juice is rich in all nutrients.
Method of making Jamun juice We can make Jamun juice in two ways. Write what we need for this;
500 grams of Jamun, 600 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of black pepper powder, one teaspoon of salt, (rock salt or black salt), two teaspoons of cumin seeds, and a teaspoon of citric acid (citric acid is optional if you use it for 6โ€“7 months) If you want to store it, then add otherwise donโ€™t put), 1 liter of water
Method of preparation Wash the berries, take water in a vessel, and put them on the gas to boil. When it boils When the peel of the Jamun starts coming off from sight, then turn off the gas, then let it cool down. When it cools down, mash the Jamun and separate its pulp, separate the kernels. Then grind that pulp in a grinder. Now add sugar to it. Then add black pepper and salt, and cumin seeds to it. Add citric acid (optional)
In the second method, first, we will wash the Jamun, cut it and separate the kernels. Then we will grind it in a mixer. If it is coarse-grinded, then we will put it in a vessel, and turn it over. Put the vessel in the gas. In this, we will mix sugar and cook it thickly. Add salt, cumin, black pepper, and citric acid (optional). Then we will let it cool down. Fill the bottle and keep it in the fridge. When you feel like drinking, then serve it cold.
Take water in a glass. There is a mixer in the bottle of three-four spoons in it, which we have made. Mix it, then add ice to it, now this Jamun juice is ready to drink. You will mix things according to your taste.
According to your physical capacity or keeping in mind the physical capacity, everything should be consumed in the right quantity.
