How did Sports Betting become more than a hobby for me??

It took me several weeks to decide if I will make a fool of myself if I will start writing here. The main reason is that my english is not perfect and I am perfect aware of that. But my daughter said something to me a few days ago… ‘it’s not important how you say it, it’s important that you can say it’!

So.. I just wanted to tell you about my hobby, one that turned out to be now so much more.

Like almost all boys, I started to bet on football when I was 14 years old! It was just a way of making some extra money and back then I did not realise that I was also losing a lot, probably the loss was higher!

After I graduated and got my engineer degree, everyone pushed me to get a job, start my adult life and make a living out of it! My parents and my friends were telling me to stop with my hobby because I have more important things in life to take cate of now!

The only person that stood my be was my girlfriend, my wife now! She pushed me to do something more and learn more about my passion.

When did Betting became more??

After a few years of learning about different betting systems and strategies, I reached out to my friends to help them with betting tips. For the first time I did something that made me feel I am on my right path. Not with my job, and it was a good job…, but with my hobby!

People started to look at me with different eyes. It was like ‘Oh, so he is not losing his house over betting or something. He knows what he’s doing!’

I didn’t know how I can develop my hobby into a business. With a help of a friend, I built an mobile app where I could post daily my bets.

This was my first step and I didn’t knew that this will turn into my full time job!

I did everything I could to learn more. I read books, learned about different types of probabilities and so many other things.

It has been 4 years now and I am still learning everyday and I have big plans for my business.

Maybe you will find my story boring and with no help for you.

I wanted to write this just to let people know you can achieve your goals if you believe and never stop working for your dream.

I had almost my entire family against me, saying that I am wasting my time and life over a bad thing.. betting!

If you truly want to do something, you can do it! Nobody except yourself can stand in your way!
