Seems like a great excuse to buy an inexpensive decanter and have the best of both worlds. Drinkable and modestly-priced wine + all the ‘nice’ feeling of serving from glass. But I have people over whenever I can — I prefer hosting to going to the bar — so maybe my cost per use would be lower than others’.
