A mother is expected to multitask duties in the family which stresses her and she ends up being psychologically traumatized. Until she crosses the threshold to insanity her plight is most times unnoticed.

Our team is now trying to bring available help to Nigerian mother because according to Google 25% of mothers is traumatized in Nigeria.

We intend to use the social media in particular to immediately reach out on how to go about their lives and manage challenges. Educating on how they multitask without being over stressed. This project is named MotherWorks.

Create links between the challenged ones and professionals like therapists, mental health carers, psychologists, psychiatrists and related Non-Governmental Organisations to help them overcome the such.

This project is very important because the rate of mental health problems in mothers is very high. Our streets and homes are littered with mothers unconscious of their mental state. This has caused so many untimely death of unsuspecting spouses, children and neighbors because of the irrational behaviors of such mothers.

There is a great need for solutions and supports for these frustrated mothers which MotherWorks is going to address.

MotherWorks will benefit all and sundry that is the affected mothers, yet to be affected mothers, spouses, children, extended families and the society at large.

We intend to achieve this through the social media, seminars for women groups, open lectures for youths, men as well as women, religious groups and town hall meetings. MotherWorks open social media platforms are WhatsApps, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
