Kind and obscure words to say that they messed up something, and are trying to recover.
The last time they told me that they were fixing my problem, they didn’t fix anything, but maybe I’m just not that lucky.
I don’t experience the problem you mention, but it doesn’t surprise me that it may happen. I’ve already noticed that many data are stored in an unhealthy replicated way, and when you try to use them, you may encounter the old version. They have tons of problems with syncing (and those who are here since long may remember a couple of incidents with claps/recommends) and I experienced many of those problems myself. Just a current example that comes to my mind: if you change title/picture/subtitle, it sometimes takes a long while before you can use updated embeds. A minor version of this problem may be normal from different locations, but the delays that I sometimes experience are not a healthy sign.
About transparency, you hit a key point there. Suffice to mention that you may expect, at least on the tech side, a public tracking of changes, and maybe what’s in store for the future since many of us are investing in the “platform”. But this is their private anything and we’re just annoying (paying) guests.
