Hi Harvey. The most powerful motivation for change usually comes when we finally say, “I’ve had it. This cannot go on and something has got to change.” Usually that’s when we hit rock bottom, which is not always a bad thing.

Take your focus off yourself and place it on your audience. Think of the ONE person in the audience who needs to hear your message. Believe that what you’re saying has value and will benefit him or her.
