Ok, I know types like you are very sensitive when it concerns your intelligence, so I shan’t call you a complete idiot. Instead, I’ll try to calmly appeal to your logic.

First of all, I am puzzled as to why you put all the blame and responsibility on the people who need medical assistance. If someone can’t get a high paying job to pay for insurance because 1)the economy is bad and there aren’t enough open positions, 2)someone who is 50 can’t get a job because companies only hire young people, 3)a company won’t hire someone because the person has diabetes, but is otherwise perfectly capable, is that all their fault? Should they all just do the polite thing and fucking die?

Doesn’t a large part of responsibility lie with medical companies trying to max their profits? With politicians and doctors trying to line their pockets? Bad legislation? With inconsiderate assholes who don’t give a fuck about anyone beyond their own damn selves?

Secondly, what you seem to aim for is a total breakdown of civilization. Remember “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Luke 6:31? If it appears at your next check-up you have cancer or some heart defect, would you want help, or would you choose to die? Basically we should not act like selfish assholes, and try to arrange things so that there is a safety net for all.

If we all life in a big apartment, and there is a fire, we all want a safety net so we can jump out safely. and we all pay to make sure it is working, so that we, our family, friends and colleagues may use it in need. If the people on the ground floor don’t want to pay for it, even get rid of it, because they can get out easily, that’s not how civilization works.
