The “Getting Shit Done” Sleep Cycle

Hey Andrew, came across your post and It really got me thinking about trying this. I have been looking into Biphasic sleeping as I am trying to work from home full-time as a Foreign Exchange trader and I feel I do not have enough time to study. It has been a year since I have been studying and I feel I am getting no where and I need more time. Just wanted to check in and see if you are still doing this and if you have had anything happen like getting sick more often etc…?! I am thinking of sleeping for two 3 hour blocks and a 20–90 minute nap preferably 20 minutes. I am hoping on falling asleep at midnight, wake up at 3am, trade for 2 hours or so and fall back asleep at 5–5:30am and wake up around 8–8:30am. Will be trying this either this week or next week.
