I resonate with this. For health reasons, I switched to a mainly vegan and gluten free diet about two years ago (hardcore, I know!) and I’ve found that once you get past the newness of it, there’s something spiritually stimulating about the physical effects. I’m more inspired to go out and follow my dreams when I’m not languorously dozing after having stuffed myself with heavy food.
