So let’s set your house on fire. You should vote to set the house on fire, because it won’t actually burn down until you’ve had a chance to get out of it, and somebody will likely find a way to put out the fire before it burns to the ground.

Wouldn’t it just be a lot easier to not set your house on fire in the first place?
