McCrory has it wrong here. The NCAA, just like the NBA, are not a “provider of service” in this situation. They are a BUYER. A customer. Shopping for a venue where they can hold their games.

And customers may shop wherever they want. And buy from whomever they want. And if a particular seller offends them, they are free to take their business elsewhere. That’s how boycotts work.
