I don’t expect anything on the Access Hollywood tape to prove that Trump actually assaulted women. He just bragged about doing so, and any competent lawyer would be able to create a reasonable doubt by claiming that Trump was just lying through his teeth when he claimed that he kissed women without asking.

However, that tape would make for a nice piece of circumstantial evidence in any trial with a plaintiff directly accusing Trump of the very things he bragged about doing in the tape.

Now, about grabbing the arm instead of the hand. The alleged quote by Broaddrick that you included in your post made two references to her hand, and absolutely nothing about her arm. Hey — I’m just going by the “evidence” you’re providing.
