Actually, Donald — they can. And so can the rest of us. There really isn’t much there to figure out. We see you as an egomaniac who’s woefully unqualified for the job to which you aspire, and so you’re playing the campaign like it’s a Wrestlemania event. All “spectacle” and trash talk. I assume that’s because you’ve learned that entertainment sells, so you go with the only game you know.

The media have figured you out, too. They see you’re good for entertainment. They also see that that if they give you enough slack in the reins, you’ll reward them by saying something stupid. They also know that when they call you on it, you’ll say something stupid to walk it back. You’re very predictable, and the media will use that to their advantage.
