So if the Senate can’t get any bill passed that repeals the ACA, the strategy is to sabotage the ACA as much as possible, in order to force it to fail.
And then when it collapses, the Republicans will gleefully declare that the ACA was flawed from the beginning and doomed to failure.
Of course this will leave millions of people without health insurance, including millions of Republicans.
But the GOP figures that Republicans will still vote for them in the midterms, anyway.
