So now the Senate will work to come up with something that they can get 50 Senators to vote for.
A tall order, considering that Collins, Murkowski, Moore-Capito, and Heller aren’t going to vote for anything that’s going to take away insurance from their constituents. And anything that gives these four Senators what they want will anger the Freedom Caucus and lose their votes.
This will keep the Senate busy running on a hamster wheel and doing nothing else. But all things considered, that may not be a bad thing.
