This wasn’t about killing puppies. The issue wasn’t about any equivalent of killing puppies. The issue was about finding a way to provide affordable health insurance to more Americans. I guess to a Republican, this is the same as killing puppies?

The issue was that Republicans didn’t want President Obama to accomplish ANYTHING while in office. Not even a health care reform plan that was originally conceived and designed by Republicans. Destroying any legacy for Obama was far more important to them than finding a way to insure people who couldn’t afford insurance.

And if it’s such a “dog turd of a law” with no redeeming value at all, then what’s stopping Republicans from repealing it now that Obama’s not around to veto? Oh. Right. Because even Republican voters don’t want to lose their Obamacare.
