Let me quickly say this, you know how the beginning of the year is always pumped with energy, new resolutions, strategies and all... it's easy for one to get easily intimidated and probably pressured to want to change plan or choose a different career path majorly because they want to record milestones as soon as possible...

As much as it is a good idea to have standards, set goals and be sure you are up to date... Consistency is also very crucial...
There is a process to growth and the moment you're too much in a hurry to stay with that process, there's a high probability you might get weary and tired... You then find yourself jumping from one career to the other and one project another project....
Growth will only come when you stay and build, and who says because it isn't bringing fruits yet, it isn't growing?!, It's only growing stronger roots for stability and longevity.
I said all of that to say this... Don't allow the 'new year hype' intimidate you, stay and be consistent on that path, learn, plan, strategize, gain stability and watch all you've dreamt of come to life.
There is space for you in that space you are. You just need to spread your wings, find your balance and soar!
