Creating an app for Mac with No-code
Last week when I was browsing my Twitter feed I found this post from Minimum Studio (@minimumssstudio).
As you see, the message is pretty clear: It is possible to build a Mac app using No-code tools.
After seeing it, I decided to work on a small app with Bubble.io (it can be done also with Glide or Carrd.co) and apply the guide to make the app available on Mac by Minimum Studio.
After around 2 hours of work starting from a free Bubble template, I had a clipboard application with the following features:
- Login / Logout
- Add items to the user’s database
- Remove items
- Copy to clipboard - using Air Copy to clipboard Plugin
- Open URL - using Open URL In New Tab Plugin
- Available on Mac
- Also available using any web browser and completely responsive.
Here you can view a short demo:
Hope you found the guide from Minimum Studio and the plugins mentioned above useful. For any question about how I created this small project, feel free to contact me on Twitter.
