principles are good, but it has become mirred in contradictions on vegetables and grains, and polluted by a lot of packaged food 'tehnically' Paleo.
Low carb is not really that great except for weight loss and because a lot of junk is technically carb (but so are tomatoes for example).
If you cut sugar (and honey, agave, etc) and packaged foods, you will get much better results now, and be healthier in 30 years.
