Especially for most Latinos who tend to juggle two cultures, school, work, and familial responsibilities. The information provided strongly presents that the IB favors white and wealthy folks, while going against poor people of color. Perhaps the educational system can be changed in the coming decades as Hispanics/Latinos and other minorities become the majority.
