This is a brilliant idea. It’s funny how you can find the real answers in reverse engineering things. I think most of us get paranoid and even sometimes feel guilty if things aren’t always being critiqued. If it works, it works. I like the pass/fail mentality of his initial thought, “Guys, I don’t mean to sound uncritical, but I either think you’re doing a good job or I don’t work closely enough with you on a daily basis to really have much to say.”
