  1. Introduction

Often small — mid size businesses fall prey to a never ending and vain search for applications that provide the right type of insights. In this hectic time we often miss the most obvious solutions right in front of us. So did I. But then I realized that Google suite had unrealized potential that should be explored — for FREE!! Why now? Because there is a need for solutions that enable the user to know all about their business on the go, anywhere and anytime. Now, more than ever, businesses need to collect as much data as they can to capture the basic profile of their customer.

2. Why does a business need this solution?

There are two main reasons.

First, this will prevent the employee from adding random data such as 99999 as a phone number instead of a valid # hence maintaining a proper standard. This will also provide a brief summary to the owner and anyone else concerned about totals.

Second, all the information will be stored in one place which means there won’t be any need to scramble through printed spreadsheets or endless hours of preparing presentations that serve the same purpose.

Lastly, access to information and insights anytime and anywhere. It will be hard to miss the insights if they are prepared without putting in any kind of work. It is basically an extra perk!!
