Btw, this is far, far from a new issue. It’s something that our feminist forebears recognized as prevalent and brought to public attention. Consider Betty Dodson’s classic, Sex for One: The Joy of Self-Loving, originally published in 1987, or Eve Ensler’s broader ranging 1996 play, The Vagina Monologues. It’s saddening that some 30 years after Dodson and 20 after Ensler, Kitten Holiday still finds it necessary to point out the same issue.
