Photojournalism is changing, and it needs a new kind of agency

I had the good fortune of collaborating with an amazing photojournalist Yannis Kontos some years ago helping to produce his images into montages for award ceremonies. Photojournalism was in the slipstream of multiple change e.g. UGC, Nokia-phones, iPhone in-the-offing, DSLR etc. fuelled by technology, political economy, aesthetics and its social need. It would be naive not to think further disruption lay ahead ahead, but your statement: “We are changing journalism” was like neon lights. Would you mind elaborating?
