8 two-minute daily routines to change your life

We are all busy with our work in today's world, and we least think about our health. Do you want to be healthier by only changing 2 minutes of your life daily? Thinking of consulting a nutritionist? Or join a yoga class?

Well, these are all overwhelming, and you need proper guidance. But wait, you don’t need to change your life suddenly. A change of 2 minutes in your daily routine can also work. You can be healthier in just 2 minutes of change.

Read for a couple of minutes, and you will see a tremendous change in your health.

  1. Focus on breathing exercises: I recommend you do a daily breathing exercise while focusing on Om chanting. When you feel anxious your breath is disrupted and you might not even feel it because at that moment your body manages but for a long period you must practice breathing exercises.

For breathing exercises, there are many other techniques also

  • Alternate-Nostril Breathing
  • Belly Breathing
  • Simple breathing Exercises

2. Meditation: It is the purest form of cleansing your mind and body. In the past era saints and priests practised meditation and they were able to connect with God. When you meditate and connect with God the energy flows from top to bottom in your body. It also helps in relaxing your body and mind.

3. Chew Slower: When we were so young our parents used to say many times to chew slower. Because when you chew your food slowly your food goes in every vein properly and it becomes easy for you to digest your food. Also, it is a kind of exercise for your mouth. So take it seriously after you read my article.

4. Morning Lemon Water: One of the best ways to rehydrate your body every morning. Take a glass of warm lemon water to quench your thirst every morning.

Warm lemon water is beneficial for decreasing inflammation and promoting hydration.

5. Focus on correct body posture: Nowadays most of the jobs are from Screen. Hence most of the time we sit and work from our Laptops. While sitting for a long time your body posture is disturbed which causes pain and other bodyache issues.

  • Always take Short breaks
  • Stand for 5 to 10 minutes and work
  • Drink Water

6. Healthy Breakfast: Have your breakfast heavy as it is the best time to eat. Avoid fast food and oily meals for breakfast. Choose something which is healthy for you.

  • Eat Fruits
  • Milk and Banana
  • Oats
  • Yoghurt

7. Spend time in your Garden: The best way to connect with nature is to spend time in your garden. Pour water into the plants and see the rising Sun. When you connect with nature, positive energy attracts you.

8. Express Gratitude to God: Always say thank you to your God that you are alive and you have a new day to prove yourself.
