Readings: ‘As a man thinketh’

A quick read yet can pierce one’s core — in an unpleasant way. Many books have written on the same idea. There are no strategies in the book but mere concept.

  1. The seed in psyche — healthy or unhealthy — sprouts eventually into a tree with corresponding fruits. These seeds are nourished by habits — thoughts and action. The need is to identify the desirables and sow them everywhere in the mind, and pluck out the undesirables followed by ensuring the sustainability with the help of habits. If there’s no conscious healthy seeds, there will be other undesirable ‘weeds’ ready to grow.
  2. The manifestation of the ‘tree’ is not just in the inner world but also in the outer world. Everything that happens to us is our own doings.
  3. This is the natural law — law of karma; the innermost desires. Clean them. Choose your life
