OPINION

Only 12% of organizations were considered to be high performers. I think it’s because some are slack on approaching project, program and portfolio management. So they cannot improve their ability to execute strategy. In order to make them improve, they must fully understand the value of project management.

EXPLANATION

Those organization that rigorous or strict in project, program and portfolio management to improves their ability to execute strategy and creates a competitive advantages are included to the 80% 0that complete their project successful and waste 13 times less-performing counterparts. They also conduct some meeting about scope on time and on budget to ensure that the project is working well. But organization must truly understand the value of project management so they can communicate to other well.
