Notes on Start-Up (part-01)

If you’re building a platform for others. For example, let’s take an app like Uber. you need to have some degree of users in the app, both drivers and passengers. other day when I was planning my current project. I had to face the same problem that not having enough traffic in the platform. I mean, when you’re building an app like that, to find the first 1000 users are the hardest. even the first user should have a reason to have this app on his phone. I’m not talking about your world changing feature. but if you can have a unique other feature in the platform that users can use without depending on the other 10 or any other users, then it would be so useful to find your first 100 users.
