Announcement: VIMmanagement Goes Live On Mainnet — Head Over To VIMworld And Try It Out Today!
It’s finally here! After many hours spent in development and testing, we are very proud to be launching a game-changing feature for the VIMworld platform — VIMmanagement! This new feature forms part of our continued efforts to expand the VIMworld ecosystem and is part of our concerted push to make VIMworld one of the biggest NFT eco-metaverses in the world!
VIMmanagement delivers a significant upgrade to the VIMventory system and brings a whole new dimension to the interactive and strategic aspects of the VIM Tier System! Now, you’ll be able to view and manage rewards, achievements and airdrops from various events as well as share VEED between VIMs and even withdraw VEED to your wallet if you so choose.
Managing Your VIMventory Has Never Been Easier
With the VIMmanagement update, we’ve created a central hub for your VIM’s journey in the coming years and beyond. The new rewards log now shows you the participation and rewards of your VIMs across various events and missions, ensuring you can keep track of the many activities your VIM will endure through its journey — capturing the metadata that makes your VIMs unique and special. VIMmanagement will also show achievements from VIMexperiences such as games, interactives and other features to come.
New Ways To Manage Tiers
Our newly introduced and brilliantly conceived VIMenergy system allows users to upgrade their VIMs at a stable cost, no matter the price fluctuations of VEED. The benefit of this is the massively increased accessibility for both newcomers and battle-hardened OGs alike.
The VIMenergy:VEED ratio is derived from the daily price of VEED. When the price of VEED is low, it will require more VEED to make up 1 VIMenergy, and when the price of VEED is high, it will require less VEED to make up 1 VIMenergy. This means each VIM will end up with differing amounts of VEED stored depending on when a VIM is fed. Inevitably, this results in some VIMs having excessive VEED compared to others, even those of the same type.
Since VIM Tiers are a core part of the VIMworld experience, VIMmanagement introduces two novel ways to manage any excess VEED inside your VIMs, opening up new avenues to metagames and strategic possibilities. As a reminder of what sharing and withdrawals entail:
1) VEED Sharing allows you to share your excess VEED in a VIM to another VIM (up to a certain level)
2) VEED Withdrawal allows you to downgrade VIM Tiers and transfer VEED tokens from your VIM to your wallet
