- I see that Apple VR kit will introduce (and make) most of the ‘tricky’ to decide item purchases a lot easier.
- I’m not so sure about the conversation m-commerce purchase cycle. I think it’s a double-edged sword. It depends on the customer’s know-how — If he is well-versed in the product category, conversation style is greatly annoying on the other hand if he is novice it can be great. Question is can you (as App provider) gauge that?
