- Alcohol wipes
- Two filbert brush or a sponge
- A primer paint
- Your desired acrylic color paints or color sprays
- A ruler or any geometric shapes (if necessary)
- A pack of colored markers
- A ¾ chart
- A Tape

Compulsory cleaning is required
Cleaning the phone case is the first process that you should do. Whether the case is new or old, cleaning is required and it is compulsory. Because the dust and microparticles on the phone case do not allow the paint to adhere to the case. Also, when you don’t clean the surface, the consistency will be lacking while painting on the surface of the case. So, the cleaning removes the microparticles and dust on the phone case and provides consistency while painting and also in look.
How to clean
- Use alcohol wipes to clean the surface (both in and out) of the case.
- A thorough cleaning is required for the entire case.
Primer coat for a premium look
Nothing to be excited about primer, it is just a layer coated before the paint which allows the paint to hold fast on the surface of the case. Nowadays, the cases are mostly available in silicone and plastic qualities. By applying the primer the paint coating will be durable and looks well-polished forever.
How to primer
- Use one of the filbert brushes for this primer coat process.
- First, it is advisable to dip the brush in clean water.
- Wipe the water in the bristles, then dip in the primer.
- Paint the primer all through the phone case.
- Make it dry for a few minutes.
Choose your color and design

- Bifold the tape and stick it in the three places of any side of a chart.
- Cover the part of the case that you don’t want to pain by using the chart with the bifold tape.
Note: The tape’s sticky part has to be attached to the chart as well as the case.
- Use the desired acrylic color or color spray to paint the other side of the case. If you are using a color spray, make sure your sprayer is 15–25cm away from the case while spraying.
- It will take from 15 to 20 minutes for drying.

- Use the desired acrylic color or color spray to paint the other side of the case. If you are using a color spray, make sure your sprayer is 15–25cm away from the case while spraying.
- It will take from 15 to 20 minutes for drying.
- Now remove the chart that is pasted to give a shape.
