Focus on reality and not technology 🌽

As a UX/UI Designer on social VR platform Beloola, I design user experiences for a wide range of VR headsets — from a basic Cardboard to a sophisticated HTC Vive — as our platform is available on all devices. However, once my conceptual protoypes are finished and I want to start a low, medium or high fidelity prototype, it’s hard to find a tool to test it.

The future of social media is in Virtual Reality, no doubt about that. But we’re not there yet. It will take a couple of months or even years for the masses to be able to get their first VR HMDs, which makes enough time for us to switch from 3D Web to Web VR — and actually we are already doing pretty good stuff in VR.
