Purely quoted right. As a founder this has to be the mindset, you have to hire those who are better than you and especially who do some specific job better than you because as a whole you cant do everything so rely on those who knows what they are doing and founders should do what they are good at. But when this concept moves into individual person, if i was the leader I will still ask each of my team member to be the smartest person in the room. Doing so will bring be heated discussion, best ideas, alternative solutions, a new way to perceive the problem. As a team you always have to agree to disagree when your leader show u the wrong direction but it should always comes with a pinch of sweetness and this where leader or founder has to be perfect referee.
