Thanks for sharing this knowledge. I could very well relate the Linkedin example to my own usage of Linkedin. Definitely Zeigarnik effect is something really useful to keep people engaged. In India, we call it “99 ka pher” i.e. “the trouble of 99” which says that people often tend to put a lot of effort in converting their 99 (rupees generally) to 100.
