Whether it is blog or writing a book, there is a huge percentage of job seekers who do not write because they cannot write because they have never written. And it is a bit of curve to convince people start writing. I blog and I understand all the benefits of blogging and writing but particulalry in context of resumes, people can do a lot many things that don’t need a writing schedule.

• 1 minute video (so easy, and no writing skills required)
• Selling themselves (for value they bring to the table) with case studies and metrics, and not really talking about sequence of past projects and lines of code
