Agile is only for IT? What does Japanese culture have to do with it?

In 2019, I started planning my first trip to Japan mid 2020. I have been doing a lot of research and reading in trying to learn more about Japanese culture and manners. This was going to be my first time there and I didn’t want to seem rude or cause any embarrassment to myself or other people.
