Beautifully put Reema! The rat race is a self inflicted madness….that even having a billion people cannot justify. The question that never gets answered…when is enough enough?? I believe that change can only come when a billion minds decide to change. Everything else is lip service. For example if I want my kids to not run this rat race, I will get bombarded with subtle and not-so-subtle advice from family, friends and society. There’s a massive lot of invisible pressure to appear successful in India. BTW if you ever find middle-land pls tell me I would love to stay there!
