During the Covid 19 pandemic, UMKM became one of the business groups that felt the most impact, the decline in people’s purchasing power due to movement restrictions

In order to survive, UMKM inevitably have to innovate their products or change their marketing strategies. One of them is following developments in the digital era, branding and online marketing are things that must be done.

“Digitalisasi UMKM terutama di masa pandemi dan era digital seperti saat ini sangat penting. Terutama untuk menunjang eksistensi mereka dan membuat usahanya tetap survive,” ungkap Baharudin Gia, Co Founder Casa Kreatif melalui keterangan, Sabtu (26/2/2022).

The digitization of UMKM is through online marketing, starting from product branding through social media to media publications.

But to follow the digitization of UMKM by means of online marketing, UMKM actors must be required to be technology literate. The problem is, the average UMKM actors do not understand about the digitization of UMKM due to a lack of understanding and direction for this. Therefore, there must be parties who become companions for these UMKM actors.

The importance of these parties for UMKM actors is Introducing UMKM digitization, Directing UMKM actors to digitize UMKM and Accompanying UMKM actors when they digitize UMKM
