Men need to do these 8 regular grooming routines — As a man, you should be responsible for your appearance, this has many benefits, apart from looking fresh, the most important thing is that your body is always well maintained, from head to toe.

Grooming is basically not just for women. Men also have the same responsibility in taking care of themselves, because grooming is actually about maintaining the health and neatness of the body. Apart from that, it is a form of discipline and self-awareness regarding personal health.

1. Shave your hair

Shave gently regularly, at least once a month, maximum once every 3 months. Apart from keeping your hair neat, of course your hair is healthy and doesn’t irritate your facial skin. Because if the hair disturbs the skin on the face, for example the cheeks, then contamination will arise from the hair on the facial skin. So the initial factor that causes acne.

2. Shave mustache and nose hair

Shave your mustache and nose hair every morning or evening. So that the face looks neat and clean.

3. Shave the beard

Don’t forget to shave your beard regularly every day, or at most every week. There are some men who deliberately grow beards so they grow long, this is fine. But if a long beard will only make your appearance less clean, it’s better to shave it regularly to make it look neat.

Always keep your nails clean, finger nails have a big impact on your body’s health. If your nails are clean then your body is probably healthy, because all food that enters the body is handled by the hands through the nails. So if your nails are long and dirty, then this is a source of bacteria that is not good for the body. Trim your nails once a week, or every day.

5. Washing your face

Wash your face regularly, after outside activities and when going to sleep. So that your face is clean and well-groomed.

6. Take a shower

Maintain your body’s health by always bathing regularly every day. The recommended shower is in the morning. This will be beneficial for your body’s health. However, avoid bathing at night (before 12 o’clock at night) because this is not very good for your body’s health.

7. Wear perfume

The last thing that is also very important for you in self-care is perfume. Use a perfume that suits your taste. Believe me, a man who has a body that smells good and smells good is very attractive.
