My focus in this article, will predominantly be on software engineering insights:

  1. Your primary guide through this journey is your recruiter. So, try to understand the interview process as much as you can by asking the recruiter what can be expected.
  2. Compose emails outlining each interview stage to extract further details and recommendations. If preferred by the recruiter, initiate phone conversations to gain clarity.
  3. To maintain a proactive approach, consider reaching out for updates every 4 to 5 days, ideally at the start of the week.
  4. Enhance your understanding by reviewing the LinkedIn profiles of your interviewers if possible. This tactic grants insights into the skill levels of the interviewers you’ll engage with.
  5. Neetcode was my go to place for practicing all the coding questions. The videos helped me a lot in understanding the solutions.
  6. Practice design interviews by solving them on your own instead of reading or watching solutions.
