My Abstract Thoughts on Doodling

Doodling, Sketching and Colouring are different activities one can do everyday to express their thoughts and feelings. It helps lowering the anxiety as well and act as a form of meditation. It relaxes you and makes you more happy and joyous. It brings in more positive thoughts and energy, which helps in healing the body and mind as well. There are other art forms too that you can indulge in if you are not very interested in doodling. But yes, Art is a medium to express feelings and emotions, which are usually bottled up in our day to day. You need not to be an artist to indulge in art. Don’t critique yourself. Just express through art, everyday — At-least 15 mins to 1 hour.
