Flipkart Need to be work on MATHS ??
Flipkart dealers are in habit of packing single item in delivery package. This might be due to pattern of order dealers are and doesn't bother to look on product quantity mentioned in delivery order.
I have consistently found this patterns back to back with 3 of my orders :
- Order Id : OD506907025839002000 (Date : 26 August, 2016 6:06 PM IST)
Order was placed for LED Bulbs with two packets same model number.
Received only one in packet, though Invoice was showing two packets.
2. Order Id : OD307175081173547001 (2 Items) ( Date : 26 August, 2016 6:06 PM IST )
Order was placed for two table lamps, same model.
Received only one in packet, though Invoice was showing two packets.
3. Order Id : OD607232846987720000 (2 Items) (Date : 3 October, 2016 11:09 AM)
Order was placed for two DELL laptop batteries , same model.
Received only one in packet, though Invoice was showing two packets.
Well third time I predicted the pattern and open the packet in front of delivery boy and It was correct that same mistake again. (Though delivery boy just told to call up customer care with no any other comment -:)
I dont know if this is issue with technology or process within flipkart. This need to be fixed to get better customer confidence.
Have you also also faced issue in similar pattern ?
