Hey Shankar, we actually use these clinics to do all sorts of content stuff. Typically, a designer will come to a content clinic at some phase of their project and ask for specific feedback. If the project is in the early phases, they might get our input on things like content hierarchy and information architecture, but if it’s later in the project they might be looking for eyes on a specific line of content to make sure it maps to our voice and tone guide — often that means doing some pair writing on the spot.
Right now we only open content clinics up to the UX team (which includes designers, front end developers, researchers, and content strategists). That being said, we have a “product content” Slack channel that is open to the entire company. So anyone from engineering to growth can hop in there and ask us a content question at any time.
Thanks for the great questions!
