1. Nadi Shodhan Pranayam

This yoga posture has a relaxing effect on the nervous system, which will help you bring down the body temperature to normal. With this simple breathing exercise, you can clean your respiratory and circulatory system. This posture can be highly beneficial in curing headache.

Step to do the pose for reduce fever by yoga:

  • Sit comfortably with your spine erect and shoulders relaxed.
  • Place your left hand on your left knee and your palms open to the sky.
  • Sit cross-legged with your back straight.
  • Keep your left hand on the left thigh.
  • Place your thumb of the right hand on the right nostril and ring finger, little finger on the left nostril.
  • Close the right nostril using the thumb and breathe out from the left nostril.
  • Now breathe in from the left nostril and breathe out from the right nostril.
  • Now, breathe in from the right nostril and breathe out from the left.
  • Complete 9 rounds of alternatively breathing through the nostrils. Make sure you keep your eyes closed while you do the pranayama. You can perform the pranayama 2–3 times a day.
