Kyle D'Souza, I’ve returned to my original weight and body fat! This fast wasn’t an effective way of enacting a long-term physical change. I think a more reasonable fast for long-term is to have a 1000/1500 calorie diet per day for several weeks. That, to me, seems more prone to success if losing weight is your goal. For me, I knew my weight would rebound after and it wasn’t my primary goal. Thanks for the question!
