Swimming and Dry Sauna

Best part of swimming is that the water doesn’t allow you to lose focus, all what you can think of is 1 2 3 4 breath 1 2… which in turn makes it the best natural stress buster. Not to forget that you also lose some good amount of calories.

Having sauna after swimming is like heaven. Your body is all tired and that is when you sit in a room with 100degree centigrade temp. The heat forces you to relax and calm down.

Come out of the sauna and enjoy the ice cold water, which is a sudden cooling down of your body temperature.

Dry yourself and all you would like to do then is become a yogi.
