Ever wondered how to code better ? well I do that every day in my life as a software developer. Just like in general how we exercise our body to keep it fit we need to exercise our mind too for better coding. In general Coding is something that is very much concerned with mind and concentration. Getting enough sleep and having timely meals and snacks is very much essential for the body and the mind to stay alert all day.
Coding is much of solving a Complex Problem by breaking down them into simple steps. It’s all about thinking and solving a game of Puzzle. When I get stuck in a puzzle of Code , i really get frustrated a lot. Every body gets frustrated if they don’t get the output as it is or when they get an error message . All you have to do in this situation is to Focus and not get frustrated , cause if you get frustrated you are losing your focus and eventually hurting yourself. Whenever you get frustrated while coding just take a pause and get out of the chair and go for a short walk and think about it. When you do that your brain’s other part of the memory gets triggered up like walking , thought process differs , what ever you do and see the memory keeps on getting added up in the brain. Once you do a bit of physical activity instead of sitting on the chair all day , blood flow increases in the brain , mind becomes sharper , thoughts get alined and various parts in your brain gets triggered up.
