Squeek to a Loud Speaker

Dear Readers,

I wish to share my POV on #MakeInIndia campaign. I am a strong supporter of #MakeInIndia. I wish the all the concerned people a very goof luck and they can always look for a support in any way possible from me.

One very interesting thing which I would like to highlight with #MakeInIndia is about customer satisfaction. We are making reforms on labour laws and taxations and FDIs but what have we done for Consumer ?? Is there any reform in ensuring Customer Satisfaction in place ?? Just like everyone else I have had my share of unpleasant experiences with after sales for Indian made as well as Foreign made goods. The most common of all being Mobile Phones. When we give a phone for servicing, we are asked to submit our phone for 10 to 15 days and in this Digital Age, it is very difficult to do so.

I would like to ask all the concerned person just one question. What are we going to do if #MakeInIndia campaign kicks off and there is poor after sales ??
